Rebecca Rubin Seligson
Rebecca created Wheellustrated Tales in 2021 to write and publish picture books with the goal of normalizing disabilities in children’s literature. She holds degrees in both Early Childhood Education (B.A. Yeshiva University) & Literacy (M.A. Teachers College, Columbia University), and has experience teaching English as a Second Language. Originally from New York, Rebecca now lives in Modi’in, Israel with her husband and two children.

Brigid Malloy
Brigid is a Wisconsin-based children's book illustrator who grew up in a family of ten. She graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design with a major in illustration and a minor in communication design. When she's not illustrating, you'll find her visiting local coffee shops and breweries.

Travis D. Peterson
Travis has over a decade of experience in print design—much of that as a freelancer and owner of Launch Mission Creative. It wasn’t until he wrote his first children’s book and joined social media groups for children’s book authors that he found his niche. He now loves helping his fellow authors get their books published! Born and raised in coastal North Carolina, Travis currently lives in Norway with his wife and two young kids.
