How Will We be Giving Back?

It is very important for us to make sure that we give back to the community. It was a little tricky trying to figure out what the best way to do that was. Whether it was donating books or donating money, charity is something we firmly believe in and we wanted to ensure that this was something "built in" to what we do.

Enter Hindi's Libraries.

Hindi's Libraries donates books (new and gently used) to children all over the world who need them. For every 10 books we sell, we will donate 1 copy of "The Adventures of Incred-Wheels & Triple S: The Mysterious Missing Book" to Hindi's Libraries. This will help provide them with new books to share with kids around the globe.

Additionally, we donate books regularly to the non-profit Piper's Key. Piper's Key was founded in memory of Piper Grace Hoefler, who passed away at 27 days old due to  the effects of Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 0. Piper's Key was founded in her memory and their goal is to donate books featuring characters with disabilities TO children with disabilities in order to see a positive representation of themselves in the books they read.

A third organization we donate to is called Reach-A-Child. This is a unique non-profit that focuses on children during immediate times of crisis by providing first responders with books to read with a child during an emergency (fire, ambulance, or police call). Each first responder vehicle is equipped with a "Reach Bag," which includes books for first responders to read to kids that may be on site. By giving them books to read with the kids, other first responders can focus on the emergency on hand. These books provide a calming and distracting tool for children who are experiencing a stressful, in-the-moment experience. The children are then gifted the backpack & books that the first responders read with them.
